I think this is a good idea, but these are only photos and someone else's artwork and do not fulfill the assignment. The assignment was to produce sketches and a list of the 4 ground textures you are going to create. What is your model going to be?
Also, please remember to size photos that large before posting them. I had to remove your photo because it was overtaking the screen.
