The lighting looks much better, but there are still some dark spots that you need to brighten just a bit. For instance, the fact that the green wall is really dark and the wall that is adjacent is bright even though they are sharing a corner. Let's try adding a very low ambient omni. Also, can you put a plane outside the door to represent the outside floor? You can also add a light with fog or planes with a light texture to simulate the light coming in through the cracks of the door and making the rest of room darker the further away you get from the door.
As for the textures, push your darks more. All the wood is a bit flat right now and definitely take down the strength of the bump maps. You want it to be subtle, not rough.
