model with texture overlay/paintover for general idea. I will add more items in there later. So I made two environments. One is more rocky with grassy lands and other is a desert ruin type of environment. I haven't found much desert textures though.

I was going to say that your original concept looks like desert and that your ground textures are too green for that.
ReplyDeleteThere are plenty of places to find desert textures. What are you searching? Try Egypt, Sahara, Arizona, Rocky Sand, Compact Sand, Sand Dunes, Tatooine... Go to the library. If you want a desert, you can have a desert, you just need to look deeper. Don't abandon an idea just because it's easier to find something else.
