You call this a concept, but I am going to say that from this screenshot it is good enough to be the final model if it's cleaned up. I want you to be able to sell the model with it's texture and don't even worry about props right now.
We also need to narrow down where this house is placed and 4 ground textures. Is there a cobblestone path that leads to the doorway? Is it's foundation just on dirt? If so, then you would need a dark dirt and a light dirt or a path texture to represent where people would walk. For example there would be depressed dirt that made a path to the doorway since it would be trampled on everyday.
The wood, concrete, metal and leather I am assuming are materials that will go on your house and that would all together just be considered the diffuse texture for your model. So we need 2 more ground textures. Also what kind of landscape is around the house? Mountains, hills, plateaus? Is it in a city? Is there a water source? All these questions need your decision.
