This is looking alright. You have an interesting normal for the dirt texture, but when looking from further away I feel it's tiling a bit. Since you are making this to be seen mostly from far away you want to try to make the tiling as minimal as possible. Look at the bottom shot, move back from the screen a bit and squint. What do you see repeating the most? That's the part you need to fix.
I would like to see your moss texture from further away too. Is there an alpha on that or is it the texture or blending that is showing brown? On your single moss texture, you have a lot of lines running through your texture. You need to be neater and pay attention to where you're stamping and allowing cuts to be seen in your texture. That is also something I saw in your rock and water texture. The brown and green look good together, but everything else should be that saturated/bold also.
I am confused by your water texture. First of all, it's black and white. What is the reasoning behind that? Second, it's not flowing or looking like water. It looks like rock or flaky clay. You need to look at reference of water and redo this texture because I feel there was not a lot of thought behind it and was extremely rushed. Also remember water is usually made mostly with spec and normal so decide how you are going to create water.
The rocks need to be made consistent. Some parts have a lot of detail and some parts don't look finished because they are painted in with no extra detail on top. The gravel does not look complete yet. It looks like the under painting before adding any of the detail so let's push that to the next level as well.
